BOAT RACE 2008
The Boat Race is back for 2008! After the huge success of the Boat Race 2007 in which we have “graduated” to the “real” boats, here we are again gearing up for the race in 2008. Our Oxford & Cambridge rowing teams, will once again compete head to head, and also up against the Harvard Club rowing team for the coveted titles, currently all held by the Oxford team (Malaysia).
Here is the confirmed Agenda for the Boat Race 2008:

10.25am Race 2 – Dragon Boat Semifinal 1: Sponsor 3 (TBD) Vs Sponsor 4 (TBD)
10.50am Race 3 – Oxford vs Cambridge coxed four sweep
11.15pm Race 4 – Oxford vs Cambridge vs Harvard coxless four scull/coxed four
11.45pm Race 5 – Dragon Boat Final
12.00pm End of Race and Photo Session by Press
12.15pm Lunch
1.00pm End of Event

Practice Sessions for Boat Race 2008
Calling for strong and skillful gentlemen and ladies to row in the Boat Race 2008. Especially keen rowers from Cambridge, who will be eager to avenge their defeat in 2007!
For each team, we need at least 4 x rowers and 1 x cox for the coxed four sweep boat race; and 4 more rowers for the coxless four scull. Please contact Ms. Chook Yuh Yng at Mobile no. – 012-3262666 or email – yychook@hotmail.com for further details.
