Dear Members,

The Oxford & Cambridge Society of Malaysia is working on the 5th of our annual English Language Events  in collaboration with Sunway University College.  It is targetted at  Secondary School students from selected schools in the Klang Valley, Seremban, Ipoh and Malacca..

Amongst the activities to encourage, promote and enhance the use of the English Language in schools are:

1. Talks:
   (a)  Effective Writing Skills
   (b)  Effective Verbal  Communication Skills
   (c)  Oxford and Cambridge University Entry Process

2. Essay Writing Competition

We are seeking volunteers from among our own Oxford & Cambridge Society members to sit on our panel of judges for the Essay Competition. Would you be willing to help out on the day?

Sunway University College will also be fielding a team of English assessors but we would like an Oxbridge Team to make the final judgement on the short-listed essays.

The event is confirmed to be held on Saturday June 16th at Sunway University College and should last the entire morning.
